Wingivers was founded in 2002 by Antonia Maclean and Judith Allsop joined later by Joan Scarrott. All three have extensive experience of facilitating the development of organisations and people, building on the broadly-based senior management experience they gained with a variety of blue-chip businesses.

Already, our growing team of consultants has helped leading organisations from Uniq to Rentokil, from the NHS to the trading arm of the UK Treasury to develop their operations effectively and dynamically – and not just in the UK. We have also facilitated significant business change for major clients in Western Europe, the USA and the emerging markets of Russia and South East Asia.

A unique aspect of our approach is our focus on drawing the client's own expertise into play. We don't simply come in and dispense professional wisdom; we start by analysing the existing capabilities of your business, and work in partnership with you to leverage your competitive advantage.

Our sole objective is to deliver significant, measurable and sustainable change, and then leave you to benefit from it. We're absolutely not in the business of creating 'supplier dependency' (which, ironically, may explain why so much of our work comes from repeat business or referrals).
