Thank you so much for all the hard work and effort you put into the bite-size sales training session I attended yesterday evening. I really enjoyed it - especially the Haribo sweets! . The style and approach you adopted was a brilliant way of introducing ideas and concepts which will, I am sure, encourage much more cross selling across the business. You all created a terrific `can do' atmosphere and a safe environment in which participants could share their thinking. In some ways, I think you had quite a hard task last night largely because of the range of experience and widely differing personalities in the group; several of those taking part were quite young and reserved. Thinking about that afterwards, I realised that most of our teams are in fact quite diverse in terms of age and experience- and that in some respects it was very helpful for me to appreciate more fully how our younger employees see the company, and their role in it. The interaction was very positive. Most impressive of all was the way in which you co-led and delivered the course - with great enthusiasm and professionalism. It was particularly impressive to see you all working at such a high level. That really delighted me because one of the key aims of the programme was to develop the managerial capacity of the business and to encourage a higher level of cross-team working - you have done both. Well done!
For your information, I will take part in the other training session when it is delivered for the second time early in the new year.

Just a short note to thank you for a great couple of days last week, I really had a good time and thought we moved ahead in a way that was beyond my expectations. I feel we have the basis of a really strong multi-functional team here that can add value across Rentokil Pest Control UK in a way that maybe no other group can, focussed on driving service to our internal customers to a new level whilst driving process improvements that have significant strategic impact.
